Jess Eddie: Grabyourbigtoe Eddie

Hello, I’m Jess Eddie.

Most of my days I am rowing, dreaming of the North and planning where to go for dinner

If I’m feeling naughty I love to Eat several bowls of mixed up cereals In a row…..

If I’m feeling nice I love to have a wander through the National Portrait Gallery and imagine my face on a wall

Once upon a moment I went to my yoga class and I thought If I get really good at this maybe I could levitate…

One time, during alfresco yoga the wind changed and I was stuck in The crow and it blew me over landing flat on my face for a couple of days. That will teach me.

One day, when I rule the world and it is law to eat sandwiches all the live long day I will also be able to do an unassisted headstand.

When you speak to me of yoga matters please refer to me by my yoga super hero name of Grabyourbigtoe Eddie

If I have one piece of yoga advice for you it’s this: Never do yoga with the rage, you’ll just end up hurting more!
