On the second day of the retreat we went wine tasting. Everyone got limber amongst the vines. Later we tasted some lovely wines with Giovanni and some time after most of the group fell in love with him.

My Mum Karen and I drove down to the gorgeous Casa Beneserre in le Marche, Italy from France last week to teach yoga there for 7 days.
We stopped half way in lovely Camogli to get our trikonasana, Italian calamari and espresso fix before folding ourselves back into our little automobile.
